Course Syllabus
Obiettivi
Al termine del tirocinio lo studente sarà in grado di:
- Saper utilizzare la concettualità infermieristica ed i principi deontologici, nelle situazioni assistenziali previste dal progetto educativo e, conseguentemente, agire in relazione alle responsabilità richieste dal livello formativo.
- Riconoscere e rispettare il ruolo e le competenze proprie e quelle dei membri dell’équipe assistenziale, stabilendo relazioni, partecipando alle attività ed apportando contributi costruttivi.
- Identificare i bisogni di assistenza infermieristica/diagnosi infermieristiche, attuare e valutare l’assistenza infermieristica alla persona nelle diverse fasi della vita, sia in ospedale che nelle comunità, nel rispetto dei principi deontologici
Contenuti sintetici
Durante il tirocinio verranno sperimentati, all’interno delle strutture socio-sanitarie, i contenuti presentati all’interno degli insegnamenti del 2° anno accademico con particolare riferimento al Modello concettuale in uso nelle singole sezioni di corso. I contenuti sono raggruppati in cinque aree: comportamento professionale; capacità di osservazione ; capacità di relazione ; capacità di integrazione/collaborazione ; capacità/abilità tecnico-organizzative e di pianificazione

In preparazione al tirocinio lo studente approfondirà i contenuti:
· gestione del SNG
· sulla gestione dei drenaggi chirurgici
· emodialisi
· circolazione extracorporea
· gestione della derivazione ventricolare interna/esterna
· drenaggi toracici

Aims
At the end of the internship, students will be able to:
- Use nursing concepts and deontological principles in care situations provided by the educational project and, consequently, act according to the responsibilities required by the training level.
- Recognize and respect roles and competencies of each member of the team, establishing relationships, participating in the activities and making constructive contributions.
- Identify nursing needs/nursing diagnosis, implement and evaluate nursing to people at different stages of life, both in a hospital and in a community context, in accordance with ethical principles
Contents
During the clinical training, in both residential and health settings, students will make experience of knowledge learned in the second year of their studies (according to the conceptual model used in the academic context).
Skills can be divided into five areas: Professional behavior; Observation skills; Communication skills; Integrative/Cooperative skills;Technical and planning skills

In preparation for the internship the student will deepen the contents: · management of the NG tube · management of surgical drains · hemodialysis · extracorporeal circulation · management of internal / external ventricular derivation · thoracic drainage
