Fornire le competenze fondamentali sull'inquadramento diagnostico e il trattamento chirurgico delle patologie malformative, dismorfiche, oncologiche e ricostruttive del distrettooro-maxillo-facciale nell’età pediatrica e adulta. Trattamento delle ustioni.

Definizione degli ambiti d'interesse specifici della chirurgia Plastica. Ricostruzione del distretto oro-maxillo facciale con tecniche tradizionali e microchirurgiche. La bio-palatoschisi. Microsomie emi facciali. Craniostenosi e Craniofaciostenosi, trattamento delle ustioni.

Definizione degli ambiti d'interesse specifici della chirurgia maxillofacciale/plastica e di collaborazione integrata tra odontoiatra e chirurgo per l’ottimizzazione dei risultati estetico-funzionali del cavo orale e del distretto facciale.
