Syllabus del corso
Obiettivi formativi
Il corso si propone di mettere lo studente in grado di redigere il bilancio d'esercizio applicando i principi contabili coerenti con lo status dell'azienda. Ulteriore obiettivo è di fornire allo studente gli strumenti per comprendere i punti di forza e di debolezza di una impresa, attraverso la lettura, l'analisi e la rielaborazione del suo bilancio. Attraverso l'analisi per indici e per flussi, con indagini consuntive e prospettiche, potrà distinguere aziende sane da aziende con problemi o in situazioni di non continuità aziendale.
Sarà in grado di valutare l’andamento aziendale, integrando l’analisi economico finanziaria con la valutazione dei rischi sociali, ambientali e di governance (ESG )

Il corso approfondisce nella prima parte il tema
delle valutazioni per la preparazione
del bilancio d’esercizio, nelle dimensioni aziendale, civilistica e fiscale e con riferimento ai principi contabili nazionali e
internazionali. Nella seconda parte
affronta il tema del bilancio
come strumento di comunicazione delle strategie aziendali, in una dimensione
integrata, inquadrando le metodologie di
lettura, analisi e interpretazione sviluppate dalla dottrina e applicate dalla prassi,
al fine della valutazione del merito creditizio e delle prospettive di sviluppo
aziendali

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
L'esame prevede lo svolgimento di un esercizio scritto, su aspetti di valutazione delle poste di bilancio, e di un secondo esercizio sulla redazione del rendiconto finanziario.
L'esame continua con un colloquio orale che parte dalla discussione del lavoro di analisi qualitativa e quantitativa del bilancio d'esercizio di una impresa industriale, commerciale o di servizi. Il lavoro di analisi può essere svolto anche in gruppo, ma la discussione orale è individuale.
I modelli per l’analisi qualitativa e quantitativa del bilancio d’esercizio di una società sono messi a disposizione sul sito e-learning.
Per la preparazione dell’elaborato da
discutere all'orale sono previsti incontri nei laboratori informatici.

Learning objectives
The student will be able to prepare the financial statements using accounting principles consistent with the status of the company.
The student will be able to understand the strengths and weaknesses of a company, through reading, analysis and revision of its financial statements. Through ratio analysis and flows analysis, with investigations on history and on future of the company, it is possible to distinguish healthy companies from companies with problems or situations of non-continuity.
Will be able to evaluate the Company's performance, integrating the economic and financial analysis with the assessment of social, environmental and governance risks (ESG)

In the first part the course explores the theme of the evaluations for the preparation of the financial statements, in the business theory as well as in the civil and tax laws, with reference to national and international accounting standards.
The second part addresses the issue of the financial statement as an instrument of communication of corporate strategies in an integrated dimension, framing the methods of reading, analysis and interpretation of the doctrine developed and applied in practice, for the purpose of evaluating the creditworthiness and prospects of development business

Lectures, case discussions, the use of computer labs for application of models of financial statement analysis
Assessment methods
The examination foresees the carrying out of a written exercise, on aspects of evaluation of the balance sheet items, and of a second exercise on the preparation of cash flow statement.
The
examination continues with an oral interview that starts from the discussion of
a work, which can also be carried out in groups, on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the financial statement of a listed company
The charts to be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the financial statements are available on the e-learning website.
For the preparation of the project to be discussed in the oral world, meetings are planned in the computer lab.
