Obiettivi
Lo
studente imparerà a conoscere e descrivere le principali malattie infettive e i
loro agenti eziologici., descrivere i principali meccanismi di trasmissione
delle malattie infettive.

le basi di fisio-patologia e trattamenti delle principali malattie infettive

MEDICINA INTERNA 2 -
Generalità sulle Malattie Infettive. Interazione germe-ospite. Modalità di
trasmissione delle malattie infettive. Principi generali nell’approccio alle problematiche
infettivologiche. Cenni di farmacocinetica e farmacodinamica degli antibiotici.
Le patologie infettive a trasmissione parenterale. Infezione da HIV/AIDS. Le
epatiti virali. Tubercolosi e patologie infettive a trasmissione aerea.
Patologia infettiva dell’albero respiratorio: polmoniti e influenza. Infezioni
del SNC: meningiti e meningo-encefaliti. Diarree infettive e patologie a
trasmissione oro-fecale. Le infezioni nosocomiali e l’approccio al malato con
germi multi resistenti. Rischio infettivo nel paziente immunocompromesso.
Malaria e medicina tropicale.
Prerequisiti
Esami
propedeutici: Fondamenti di Scienze Infermieristiche e ostetriche; Metodologia
Clinica nelle Scienze Infermieristiche; Metodologia Clinica Infermieristica 1,
Scienze Biomediche 1; Fisiologia umana.

La prova finale è composta da una parte scritta ed una parte orale. La parte scritta è composta da domande chiuse a risposta multipla per il controllo estensivo della preparazione sul programma d’esame. La parte orale prevede un colloquio per la verifica del pensiero critico in relazione al processo di assistenza infermeiristica.

introduce the bases of physiopathology
and treatment of the main infectious diseases
Detailed program
INTERNAL
MEDICINE 2 - General information on infectious diseases. Germ-host interaction.
Ways of transmission of infectious diseases. General principles in the approach
to the problems of infections. Notes on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
of antibiotics. Parenterally transmitted infectious diseases. HIV/AIDS
infection. Viral hepatitis. Tuberculosis and infectious diseases to aerial
transmission. Infectious disease of the respiratory tree: pneumonia and flu.
CNS infections: enteroviral meningo-encephalitis and meningitis. Diarrhea and
infectious diseases with oral-fecal transmission. Healthcare-associated
infections and patient approach with multi resistant germs. Immunodeficiency
and infectious risk .Malaria and tropical medicine
Prerequisites
Positive
evaluation in these previous exams: Fundamentals of Nursing and Midwifery
Sciences; Nursing Clinical Methodology; Nursing Clinical Methodology 1;
Biomedical Sciences 1; Human Phisiology.

The final exam consists of a written part and an oral part.
The written part is composed of multiple-choice questions for the control of the preparation on the exam program.
