Il Corso deve fornire allo studente le informazioni necessarie per saper riconoscere le situazione d'urgenza/emergenza clinica e le competenze per salvaguardare la vita del paziente in attesa del medico

EMERGENZE CHIRURGICHE: Riconoscere i principali quadri di urgenza chirurgica e saperli descrivere. Saper indirizzare appropriatamente di conseguenza i pazienti alle cure.

EMERGENZE CHIRURGICHE
Saper descrivere dal punto di vista fisio-patologico e clinico le nozioni principali dei seguenti quadri acuti:
Addome Acuto (e peritonite)
Occlusioni Intestinali (ed ernie strozzate)
Emorragie Digestive
Traumi Vascolari ( e pseudo-aneurismi)
Ischemia Arteriosa Acuta (ed embolia arteriosa)
Aneurismi e Dissecazioni Aortiche
Tromboflebiti ed Embolia Polmonare
Le emergenze chirurgiche nel bambino

The course aims to provide students with the necessary information to identify the emergency situations, together with the clinical skills to protect the lives of patients waiting for the doctor
Contents
SURGICAL EMERGENCIES: Recognizethe main frames of surgical emergency and know how to describe them.Being able to appropriately address patients to care.

SURGICAL EMERGENCIES
Being able to describe in terms of physio-pathological and clinical frames the basics of the following acute frames:
Acute abdomen (and peritonitis)
Bowel obstruction (and choked hernia)
Digestive bleeding
Vessel damage (and pseudo-aneurysm)
Arterial Acute Ischemia (and arterial embolism)
Aneurysms and aortic dissection
Thrombophlebitis and pulmonary embolism
Child surgical emergencies
