Lo studente al termine del corso conoscerà le principali condizioni di distocia del travaglio di parto.
Programma esteso
Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle principali distocie dinamiche del travaglio di parto. Diagnosi e trattamento delle alterazioni del benessere fetale intrapartum. Indicazioni e tecniche di riparazione chirurgica del perineo. Epidemiologia, fisiopatologia, gestione clinica della Morte Endouterina Fetale

Aims
At the end of the course the student will have the knowledge related to the diagnosis of dystocia and the ability to identify the pathological characteristics related to labor in childbirth.
Contents
The aim of the course is to allow the students to recognise the patologic situation and to act appropriately. .
Detailed program
Prevalence, diagnosy and treatment of the main intrapartum dinamic distocic conditions. Assessment of intrapartum fetal well-being: diagnosys and treatment. Indications and surgical techniques to repair the perineum in case of surgical or spontaneous laceration (III, IV degree) and trachelorrafia. Fetal Endouterine Death.
