Obiettivi
Il corso si propone di
contribuire alla formazione degli studenti in odontoiatria e protesi dentaria
fornendo le necessarie conoscenze di chirurgia orale e di tutti gli interventi
chirurgici. Fornire le basi fondamentali pratiche e teoriche per affrontare le
varie problematiche con particolare attenzione alle complicanze che possano
insorgere
Contenuti sintetici
Scopo del corso è di fornire le basi
fondamentali teoriche e pratiche per affrontare le varie problematiche che la
disciplina propone.
Saranno valutate nel
dettaglio le problematiche diagnostiche e terapeutiche di tutte le forme
patologiche di pertinenza chirurgica del distretto orale e la casistica clinica
con risultati a lungo termine.
Programma esteso
Tecniche chirurgiche di base sia su paziente sano che con problemi
sistemici. Cenni delle tecniche chirurgiche avanzate che possano essere
affrontate dall’odontoiatra.
Principi di guarigione delle
ferite chirurgiche. Principi di prevenzione e trattamento delle infezioni
odontogene. Chirurgia endodontica con particolare attenzione all’apicectomia.
Chirurgia exodontica con riferimento al tipo di pinze e di leve che debbano
essere usate. Chirurgia pre-protesica minore e maggiore. Traumatologia dentale
e alveolare. Classificazione delle lesioni cistiche dei tumori benigni e
maligni Aspetti medico legali nella chirurgia orale legate alla stesura del
consenso informato di specifico interesse chirurgico

Aims
The course aims to
contribute to the training of students in dentistry and dental prostheses
providing the necessary knowledge of oral surgery and all surgical
interventions. Provide the basic practical and theoretical bases to address the
various problems with particular attention to the complications that may arise.
Contents
The aim of the course is to
provide the basic theoretical and practical bases for dealing with the various
problems that the discipline proposes.
The diagnostic and therapeutic problems of all the pathological forms of
surgical relevance of the oral district and the clinical case studies with
long-term results will be evaluated in detail.
Detailed program
Basic surgical techniques both on
healthy patients and with systemic problems. An overview of advanced surgical
techniques that can be addressed by the dentist.
Principles of healing of surgical
wounds. Principles of prevention and treatment of odontogenic infections.
Endodontic surgery with special attention to apicectomy. Exodontic Surgery with
reference to the type of pliers and levers to be used. Minor and major
pre-prosthetic surgery. Dental and alveolar traumatology. Classification of
cystic lesions of benign and malignant tumors legal medical aspects in oral surgery
related to the drafting of informed consent of specific surgical interest
