Obiettivi
Il corso si propone di contribuire alla
formazione degli studenti in odontoiatria e protesi dentaria fornendo le
necessarie conoscenze di chirurgia orale
L'attività formativa pianificata è volta
ad acquisire le conoscenze necessarie per un approccio metodologicamente ed
operativamente corretto alle problematiche chirurgiche sia ambulatoriali che in
sala operatoria
Contenuti sintetici
Scopo del corso è di
fornire le basi fondamentali teoriche e pratiche per affrontare le varie problematiche
che la disciplina propone.
Attraverso l’apprendimento
dei più recenti concetti di chirurgia orale, si chiariranno le evidenze che
permettono di impostare i momenti e le tecniche terapeutiche più adeguate per
le patologie odontostomatologiche di pertinenza chirurgica, identificando i
fattori etiopatogenetici primari nella genesi dei quadri patologici.

patologie sistemiche con particolare riferimento a patologie

testa collo con particolare interesse riguardo a ortopantomografia e tac con

del cavo orale Principi di chirurgia orale:Preparazione della zona operativa,
dello strumentario, del paziente e degli operatori per l’intervento chirurgico.
Tecniche anestesiologiche con particolare attenzione all’anestesia locale e
alle allergie che possano insorgere

The course aims to
contribute to the training of students in dentistry and dental prostheses
providing the necessary knowledge of oral surgery and all surgical
interventions.The planned training activity is aimed at acquiring the necessary
knowledge for a methodologically and operationally correct approach to surgical
problems both in the surgery and in the operating room
Contents
The aim of the course is to
provide the basic theoretical and practical bases for dealing with the various
problems that the discipline proposes.
By learning the most recent concepts of oral surgery, we will clarify the
evidences that allow us to set the most appropriate therapeutic moments and
techniques for odontostomatologic pathologies, identifying the primary
etiopathogenetic factors in the genesis of pathological pictures.

Topographical anatomy of the head Neck
district.
Knowledge of cranial nerves.
Course of the inferior alveolar nerve-
Course of the lingual nerve and all
nerves of surgical interest.
Course artery palatine major and all
blood vessels of surgical interest definition and topographical framing of
anatomical triangles of the neck of surgical interest hints on the supra and
submandibular muscles anatomical and surgical notes on the breast Maxillary
pathophysiology of the cervico-maxillo-Facial District Diagnostic anamnestic
Diagnosis of the healthy patient and with special problems related to systemic
pathologies with particular reference to cardiac, bony, pulmonary and
neoplastic pathologies
General
Radiology and the district head neck with special interest in
orthopantomography and CT scans with dental scan pharmacology of oral cord
interest principles of oral surgery: preparation of the operative area, the
instrumentarium, the patient and of operators for
surgery. Anaesthesiological techniques with particular attention to local
anesthesia and allergies that may arise
