Lo studente deve sapere:

- Definire i concetti di base in fisiopatologia

- Illustrare i meccanismi fisiopatologici dell’emostasi

- Illustrare gli aspetti fisiopatologici della termoregolazione, della febbre e degli stati di ipertermia



Al termine del corso lo studente deve avere acquisito le principali conoscenze  i meccanismi fisiopatologici fondamentali quali l'emostasi e la termoregolazione.

Fisiopatologia della termoregolazione: termogenesi: metabolismo basale, regolazione della termogenesi, termodispersione. Alterazioni della temperatura corporea. Ipertermie non febbrili: colpo di sole, colpo di calore.

Fisiopatologia dell’emostasi. Malattie dell’emostasi e test di emocoagulazione. 



Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 le lezioni si svolgeranno da remoto asincrono con eventi in videoconferenza sincrona. Le lezioni, in entrambi i casi registrate, verranno rese disponibili sulla pagina moodle dell'insegnamento in corrispondenza del giorno previsto per ogni lezione in base all'orario didattico

Secondo anno, primo semestre

Prova  scritta consistente in un test a risposte chiuse (scelta a risposta multipla) per il controllo estensivo della preparazione sul programma di esame.

Durante l'emergenza COVID-19 gli esami scritti verranno svolti on-line.

La valutazione finale del corso integrato viene ottenuta sulla base della media pesata sui crediti delle valutazioni ottenute nei singoli moduli didattici

The student must be able to perform the:

- Definition of basic physiopathological concepts

- Description of physiopathological mechanisms of hemostasis

- Description of physiopathological mechanisms of thermoregulation, fever and hyperthermia



By the end of the course, the students will have acquired the general concepts and specific knowledge of physiopathological mechanism of hemostasis and thermoregulation 

Physiopathology of thermoregulation and fever

Physiopathology of haemostasis.

Second year, first semester 

Written test (multiple choice test) to evaluate global knowledges about course program .

During COVID-19 emergency written tests will be performed on-line

Final judgment of the integrated course is based on the grade point average normalized for credits obtained in each module combined with an oral evaluation of the student
