Obiettivo del tirocinio di Area Medica 1 è iniziare a fornire le basi per un rapporto professionale con il paziente. Il programma formativo prevede un insegnamento al letto del paziente mirato ad acquisire capacità di interazione e maieutica per una corretta raccolta della anamnesi e capacità di raccolta dati mediante un esame obbiettivo accurato. In altre parole lo studente deve iniziare ad apprendere le tecniche necessarie per gestire in modo efficace e autonomo le varie fasi del processo diagnostico-gestionale del paziente che afferisce alle strutture di area medica, così da poterne individuare le criticità. Il tirocinio è svolto con l’affiancamento di un tutor che guida lo studente nella conoscenza delle procedure diagnostico-strumentali effettuate direttamente al letto del paziente

Competenze in ambito specialistico,  peculiarità della visita e dell’approccio diagnostico e terapeutico riferiti al paziente con problematiche cardiovascolari.

Eseguire un esame obiettivo generale, effettuare un ragionamento critico relativamente agli esami di laboratorio, applicare le tecniche di colloquio con il paziente, imparare a stabilire un corretto rapporto con il malato, imparare a utilizzare corretti criteri di deontologia professionale.

Conoscenze relative ai corsi propedeutici indicati nel regolamento del Corso di Laurea

Tirocinio. Lo studente frequenterà i reparti e gli ambulatori di Gastroenterologia salvo successive diverse disposizioni ministeriali legate all’emergenza pandemica

Il materiale didattico è costituito da tutto ciò che riguarda i casi clinici osservati nel periodo di frequenza


terzo anno, I e II semestre

Verifica mediante interazione diretta con i tutor durante la frequenza del reparto.

The aim of the training course in Clinical Area 1 is to offer the student the possibility to learn, at patient's bedside, how to professionally interact with them, how to correctly collect the patient's medical history data and how to properly perform a physical examination. This training period aims at guiding the students through the different phases of the diagnostic/therapeutic process in the different areas of internal medicine. The training program is performed with the help of tutor, who will guide the students through the steps of this process.

Skills in the specialist field, peculiarities of the visit and the diagnostic and therapeutic approach for patients with cardiovascular problems

To carry out a medical investigation, to make a critical argument as regards the laboratory tests, to apply the dialogue skills with the patients while taking a medical hystory, to learn how to estabilish a good relationship with the patient, to learn how to perform an accurate physical examination, to learn how to comply with criteria of professional deontology.

Knowledge of the introductory courses indicated in the degree course regulation

Internship. The student will attend the Gastroenterology departments and clinics subject to any ministerial changes following the COVID pandemic situation

The teaching resourse consists of everything concerning the clinical cases observed in the attendance period


Third year, I and II semester

Assessment through direct interaction with the tutors during the attendance of the ward
