Conoscere i principali modelli di riferimento relativi alla coscienza e al sogno e alcuni fenomeni ad essi legati di funzionamento psicolopatologico e normale

Il corso si articola in 1 incontro di 8 ore (4 relative alla coscienza e 4 al sogno).
Verranno presentati i temi più recenti relativi alle due aree con riferimenti alle principali linee di ricerca, inserendo il sogno e le sue manifestazioni nel più ampio tema della coscienza.

Il problema della coscienza nella storia; neuropsicologia della coscienza; alterazioni della coscienza; sviluppo della coscienza; coscienza nell'uomo e nelle altre specie.
Storia del sogno; funzioni del sogno; neuropsicologia del sonno e del sogno; il sogno in psicoterapia; sogno e differenze individuali.

To know the main theoretical models related to consciousness and the dream and some phenomena linked to the psychopathological and normal processes

1 lesson of 8 hours (4h consciousness and 4h dream).
The latest topics concerning the two areas will be presented with references to the main lines of research, discussing the dream and its manifestations in relation with the broader theme of consciousness.

The evolution of the problem of consciousness; neuropsychology of consciousness; alteration of consciousness; development of consciousness;
consciousness in humans and other species.
History of the dream; functions of the dream; neuropsychology of sleep and dreaming; the dream in psychotherapy; dream and individual differences.
