Obiettivi
Il corso
fornisce allo studente le nozioni relative alle condizioni di patologia del periodo puerperale e le competenze per
un’assistenza ostetrica basata su prove di efficacia.
Contenuti sintetici
Lo studente al termine del corso conoscerà le principali condizioni di patologia del periodo puerperale. Lo studente acquisirà le competenze clinico-assistenziali per la presa in carico di una donna con un percorso diagnostico terapeutico assistenziale e riabilitativo definito.
Programma esteso
Attraverso la
Midwifery Partnership, il Midwifery Management, la classificazione ICF e le
Scale di valutazione verranno approfonditi i seguenti argomenti: la presa in
carico della donna con medio-alto profilo di rischio ostetrico nei percorsi
diagnostico-terapeutico-assistenziali durante il periodo puerperale; Assistenza
ostetrica a donne con puerperio complicato da alterazione di strutture e
funzioni corporee dei Sistemi Nervoso e Mentale (depressione post partum),
Genito-riproduttivo (infezioni puerperali del tratto genitale), Endocrinologico
(sindrome di Sheehan), Ematologico (anemia), Cardiovascolare e respiratorio
(malattie tromboemboliche). Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle principali
Patologie del seno in allattamento: Ragadi, dotto bloccato, ingorgo, ascesso,
Infezioni, Tumori (cenni). Mastosuzione meccanica. Rilattazione e Lattazione
indotta. Bassa produzione di latte. L’assistenza ostetrica al NEONATO con
alterazione dello stato di salute.

Aims
At the end of the course the student will have the knowledge related to the pathological characteristics related to labor in childbirth.
Contents
The aim of the course is to allow the students to recognise the patologic situation and to act appropriately. The student will be able to know the psicological changes associated to the pregnancy and birth and the various aspects related to becoming a mother.
Detailed program
Through the midwifery Partnership model of care, the midwifery
managment and the midwifery assessment scales, the student will learn clinical
competences to assist women with a
postpartum medium-high obstetric risk
profile. Midwifery care in case of complicated postnatal
period related to alteration of body function and structures: Nervous and mental disorders (depression post-partum) Genital-reproductive
disorders (puerperal infections of the genital tract) Endocrine
disorders (the Sheehan’s sindrome) Ematological disorders (anemia)
Cardiovascular and Respiratory disorders (tromboembolic disorders). Prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of the main
Breast disease during breastfeeding (Breast fissures,blocked duct, breast
engorgement, breast abscess, breast cancer). Mechanical breast suction,
Lactation and induced lactation, Low milk production. Midwifery care in case of
sick newborn
