Obiettivi

Obiettivi del Tirocinio Professionalizzante sono la presentazione e lo studio di casi clinici, utilizzando le conoscenze acquisite, in un contesto olistico del paziente; risoluzione di problemi diagnostici e terapeutici.

Contenuti sintetici

Durante il Tirocinio Professionalizzante lo studente deve acquisire adeguata preparazione professionale nell'ambito della patologia internistica e dei suoi sotto settori con particolare riguardo alla diagnostica differenziale e alla impostazione di adeguati percorsi terapeutici.

Programma esteso

Principi diagnostici e approccio terapeutico di 1) patologie cardiovascolari (comprese malattia coronarica, infarto miocardico, pericardite, scompenso cardiaco, ipertensione arteriosa etc..), 2) patologie pneumologiche (insufficienza respiratoria acuta e cronica, neoplasie, versamenti pleurici etc.), 3) patologie ematologiche (leucemie, anemie, malattie emorragiche, mieloma etc.), 4) patologie gastroenterologiche (ulcera peptica, malattie intestinali, cirrosi, epatite etc.), 5) reumatologia e patologie autoimmuni, 6) patologie endocrinologiche (diabete mellito, distiroidismi, disordini ipofisari ed ipotalamici),7) patologie nefrologiche (insufficienza renale, glomerulonefriti etc.), 8) malattie infettive dei vari apparati e 9) geriatria (valutazione Multidimensionale, fragilità, delirium, farmaci e anziano, principali sindromi geriatriche).

Prerequisiti

Conoscenze relative ai corsi propedeutici indicati nel regolamento del Corso di Laurea.

Aims

Goals of Internship are the presentation and the study of clinical cases, using the acquired knowledge, in a holistic context of the patient; resolution of diagnostic and therapeutic problems.

Contents

During the Internship the student must acquire adequate professional preparation in the field of pathology internist and its sub-sectors with particular regard to differential diagnosis and the setting of appropriate therapeutic pathways.

Detailed program

Diagnostic principles and therapeutic approach of 1) cardiovascular diseases (including coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, pericarditis, heart failure, arterial hypertension, etc.), 2) pneumological diseases (acute and chronic respiratory failure, neoplasms, pleural effusions etc.), 3 ) haematological diseases (leukemia, anemia, hemorrhagic diseases, myeloma etc.), 4) gastroenterological diseases (peptic ulcer disease, intestinal diseases, cirrhosis, hepatitis etc.), 5) rheumatology and autoimmune diseases, 6) endocrinological diseases (diabetes mellitus, distiroidismi , pituitary and hypothalamic disorders), 7) nephrological disorders (renal failure, glomerulonephritis, etc.), 8) infectious diseases of the various apparatuses and 9) geriatrics (Multidimensional assessment, fragility, delirium, drugs and elderly, major geriatric syndromes).

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the introductory courses indicated in the degree course regulations.
