Obiettivi
Fornire allo studente esperienza diretta della gestione di pazienti con Traumatologia dell’apparato muscolo scheletrico, infezioni dell’osso e delle articolazioni, neoplasie dell’osso e delle parti molli, patologia degenerativa articolare, alterazioni endocrine e metaboliche dello scheletro, alterazioni congenite e dell’accrescimento. Osteopatie e condrodisplasie genotipiche. Le algodistrofie e le osteonecrosi. Trasporto e gestione di un soggetto traumatizzato.
Contenuti sintetici
Lo studente affiancherà il medico-tutore durante la sua giornata lavorativa in reparto e in ambulatorio ed in Pronto Soccorso.
Programma esteso
Gli obiettivi didattici del corso integrato di Clinica Ortopedica e Traumatologica sono: ° Principi generali di diagnostica clinica, strumentale e principi terapia delle lesioni traumatiche - Fratture e lussazioni dell’arto superiore - Fratture e lussazioni dell’arto inferiore -Fratture e lussazioni vertebrali ° Patologie neoplastiche e paraneoplastiche: - Tumori benigni e maligni dell’osso - Tumori benigni e maligni della cartilagine - Tumori tessuti molli - Tumori metastatici ° Osteopatie e condrodisplasie genotipiche: osteogenesi imperfetta ° Alterazioni endocrine e metaboliche - Rachitismo - Morbo di Paget -Osteomalacia - Osteoporosi - Altre °Alterazioni dell’accrescimento: -Scoliosi - Spondilolisi - Osteocondrosi - Dismetrie - Varismo e valgismo -piede cavo e piatto e alterazioni neuro muscolari infantili ° Patologie degenerative e infiammatorie articolari - Artrosi e artriti - Spondiloartrosi e algie di origine discale ° Le algodistrofie e le osteonecrosi a etiologia vascolare ° La tubercolosi osteoarticolare e le osteomieliti ° Malformazioni congenite: - Malformazioni congenite della colonna vertebrale - torcicollo miogeno - displasia congenita dell’anca - piede torto congenito ° Conoscenza bendaggi ortopedici, effettuare la sorveglianza di fasciature, bendaggi, apparecchi gessati, tutori ortopedici ° Trasporto e gestione di un soggetto traumatizzato ° La lussazione di spalla ° Assistere alla riduzione e al trattamento semplice (gesso) di frattura ° Versamento articolare Chirurgia della Mano: Sindrome del tunnel carpale, Malattia di Dupuytren, Sindrome di Volkmann, Sindrome dolorosa regionale complessa, dito a scatto, Morbo di De Quervain."
FREQUENZA AMBULATORIALE:
- AFFIANCARE il chirurgo ortopedico (1:1) nel lavoro quotidiano di presa in carico del paziente secondo principi basati sulle evidenze scientifiche e sulla definizione di priorità,
- PARTECIPAZIONE ATTIVA A TUTTE LE FASI DELLA VISITA (anamnesi, esame obiettivo, interpretazione dell’immaging)
-OSSERVAZIONE del rapporto continuativo con il paziente: l'ascolto, promozione dell’alleanza terapeutica. - CONOSCENZA DELLE INDICAZIONI relative a prevenzione, diagnosi, consigli di comportamento, prescrizioni delle cure
-ACQUISIZIONE della necessità/capacità di informare e rendere partecipe il paziente della sua storia di malattia e di cura
Prerequisiti
Iscrizione al 5 anno di corso
Modalità didattica
Lezioni frontali.
Frequenza in reparto, in ambulatorio ed in pronto soccorso ortopedico.
Salvo successive diverse disposizioni ministeriali legate all’emergenza pandemica

Aims
Provide the student with direct experience of managing patients with Traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, bone and joint infections, bone and soft-tissue neoplasms, joint degenerative pathology, endocrine and metabolic disorders of the skeleton, congenital alterations and growth. Osteopathies and genotypic chondrodysplasias. Algodystrophy and osteonecrosis. Transportation and management of a traumatized subject.

The student will support the doctor-guardian during his working day in the ward and in the outpatient department and in the emergency room
Detailed program
The didactic objectives of the integrated course of the Orthopedic and Traumatological Clinic are: ° General principles of clinical diagnostics, instrumental and principles of therapy of traumatic injuries - Fractures and dislocations of the upper limb - Fractures and dislocations of the lower limb - Vertebral fractures and dislocations ° Neoplastic and paraneoplastic disorders: - Benign and malignant tumors of the bone - Benign tumors and malignant cartilage - Soft tissue tumors - Metastatic tumors ° Osteopathies and genotypic chondrodysplasias: imperfect osteogenesis ° Endocrine and metabolic disorders - Rickets - Paget's disease - Osteomalacia - Osteoporosis - Other ° Alterations of growth: - Scoliosis - Spondylolysis - Osteochondrosis - Dysmeter - Varism and valgus - flat and hollow pole and infantile neuro-muscular changes ° Degenerative and inflammatory joint disorders - Arthrosis and arthritis - Spondyloarthrosis and algia of discal origin ° Algodystrophies and osteonecrosis of vascular etiology ° Osteoarticular tuberculosis and osteomyelitis ° Congenital malformations: - Congenital malformations of the spine vertebral - mycogenic torticollis - congenital hip dysplasia - congenital twisting foot ° Knowledge of orthopedic bandages, surveillance of bandages, bandages, plaster casts, orthopedic braces ° Transport and management of a traumatized person ° Shoulder dislocation ° Assist to the reduction and to the simple treatment (plaster) of fracture ° Articulation of the Hand Surgery: Carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's disease, Volkmann's syndrome, Complex regional pain syndrome, snap finger, De Quervain's disease. GENERAL Orthopaedic and trauma outpatient CLINIC ATTENDANCE
- 1 student :1 orthopaedic surgeon in the daily work, based on principles of scientific evidences and priorities
- ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN ALL THE PHASES OF THE MEDICAL VISIT (medical history, objective examination)
- OBSERVING the ongoing relationship among the physician and the patient
- DEVELOPING,CONSIDERING the need / ability to inform and make the patient aware and part of the history of illness and treatment
- KNOWLEDGE OF INDICATIONS related to prevention, diagnosis, behavior advice, treatments.
