PEDIATRIA
§ Pediatria: le principali patologie in età pediatrica capaci di determinare un danno nella sfera neuropsicopatologica, escludendo evidentemente quanto già affrontato da altri docenti.
§ Lo stato attuale della salute materno-infantile in Italia (natalità, mortalità infantile e mortalità perinatale in Italia, il problema dell’handicap)
§ Le meningiti e le meningoencefaliti
§ Le malattie metaboliche e degenerative
§ Le artriti e la malattia reumatica
§ Le malattie esantematiche e la pertosse
§ Le convulsioni febbrili ed il bambino con la febbre

Prerequisiti
Obiettivi dei corsi del primo e secondo anno: Imparare ed approfondire le patologie più frequenti dell'età pediatrica con particolare riferimento alle aree cliniche delle malattie esantematiche, infettive, neurologiche, neuropsichiatriche e disabilitanti.
Modalità didattica
Lezioni frontali
Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 le lezioni si svolgeranno da remoto asincrono con eventi in videoconferenza sincrona. In caso diverso saranno condotti in presenza.

PEDIATRY: Pediatrics: the main diseases in children. The current status of mother and child health in Italy
Detailed program
PEDIATRY
§ Pediatrics: the main diseases in children are able to determine damage in neuropsychological sphere, excluding obviously what has already been addressed by other teachers
§ The current status of maternal and child health in Italy (birth, infant mortality and perinatal mortality in Italy, the problem of disability )
§ The meningitis and meningoencephalitis
§ Metabolic and degenerative diseases
§ Arthritis and rheumatic disease
§ The pertussis and exanthematous diseases
§ The child with febrile convulsions and fever
§ The vaccination schedule
Prerequisites
Objectives of the first and second year courses: 197 / 5.000
Learn about and deepen more the most frequent pathologies of the pediatric age with particular reference to the clinical areas of exanthematous, infectious, neurological, neuropsychiatric and disabling diseases.

Assessment method
Written exam: quizzes with single / multiple choice and open questions with brief answer.
Final oral exam at the discretion of the teacher or on the student's proposal regarding the project.
During the Covid-19 emergency period the exam will take place electronically with proctoring control. Otheriise will be conducted in presence.
