Obiettivi

Il corso fornisce allo studente le nozioni relative alle situazioni di urgenza-emergenza in ambito neonatale.

Contenuti sintetici

Lo studente conoscerà clinica, diagnosi e trattamento delle emergenze neonatali.

Programma esteso

STEN: trasporto emergente del neonato.

Il neonato di bassissimo peso.

Patologia gastro-enterica: ostruzioni del tratto intestinale, enterocolite necrotizzante

Patologia renale insufficienza renale acuta nefro-uropatie malformative

Patologia neurologica: asfissia neonatale, quadri comportamentali, clinici-strumentali di patologia del SN

Patologia ematologica: anemia policitemia trombocitopenia coagulopatie neonatali patologie da malattie autoimmuni materne

Patologia infettiva (shock settico batterica virale micotica)

Patologia respiratoria (sindrome d’aspirazione meconiale, apnee sindrome da distress respiratorio, polmonite tachipnea transitoria sindromi da air-leak, malformazioni delle vie aeree malformazioni polmonari)

Incidenti domestici

Rianimazione neonatale: adattamento feto-neonatale, asfissia neonatale, rianimazione cardio-polmonare in sala parto (tappe iniziali della rianimazione, aspirazione delle vie aeree, ventilazione con pallone e maschera, massaggio cardiaco esterno, assistenza all’intubazione tracheale), stabilizzazione del neonato critico.

The course provides students with the concepts relating to situations of urgency-emergency in neonatology.

Contents

The student will know the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of newborn emergencies.

STEN: The Transport System in Neonatal Emergency

Gastrointestinal disease: obstruction of the intestinal tract, necrotizing enterocolitis

Renal Pathology: acute renal failure nefrouropathies malformation Neurological disease: neonatal asphyxia, behavioral frameworks, clinical-instrumental of the

Nervous System disease

Pathology hematologic: thrombocytopenia anemia polycythemia coagulopathies neonatal disease by maternal autoimmune diseases,

Infectious disease (viral bacterial fungal septic shock)

Respiratory disease (meconium aspiration syndrome, apnea respiratory distress syndrome, pneumonia transient tachypnea air-leak syndromes, malformations of the airways pulmonary malformations)

Domestic accidents

Neonatal Intensive Care: Postnatal Adaptation Neonatal asphyxia Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the delivery room (initial stages of resuscitation, suction the airway, ventilation with balloon and mask, external cardiac massage, support tracheal) Stabilization of critical newborn
