Obiettivi

Il corso fornisce allo studente le competenze per un’assistenza ostetrica alle principali patologie ginecologiche, onco-ginecologiche, uro-ginecologiche basata su prove di efficacia.

Contenuti sintetici

Lo studente acquisirà le competenze clinico-assistenziali per la presa in carico di una donna con un percorso diagnostico terapeutico assistenziale e riabilitativo definito.

Programma esteso

MED/47 ASSISTENZA GINECOLOGICA: Presa in carico della donna nei percorsi diagnostico-terapeutico-assistenziali e riabilitativi delle patologie uro-ginecologiche, benigne e maligne, attraverso la Midwifery Partnership, il Midwifery Management, la classificazione ICF e le Scale di valutazione. Assistenza ostetrica pre-intra e post operatoria. La vulvodinia: diagnosi, terapia e il counselling dell'ostetrica.

Aims

The aim of the course is to give the competences for a evidence based midwifery care to the major. Gynecological, oncological, urogynecological diseases

Contents

The student will learn clinical competences to assist the gynecological patients in this situation. The student will be able to assist the women in case of abdominal gynecological surgery end vaginal gynecological surgery.

Detailed program

MED/47 MIDWIFERY IN GYNECOLOGICAL PATIENTS: Through the midwifery Partnership model of care, the midwifery managment and the midwifery assessment scales, the student will learn clinical competences to assist the gynecological patients with the main gynecological, oncological and urogynecological diseases. Preoperative intra and postoperative midwifery care. Vulvodynia: diagnosis, therapy and counseling of the midwife.

Written exam with multichoice answers and open answers

Written exam with the production of an essay on midwife assistance concerning a clinical case.

Oral exam with interview to discuss written test and course program.

More information about the assessment will be given during the course.
