Obiettivi

L'obiettivo del corso è di permettere allo studente di riconoscere le situazioni patologiche durante il travaglio e il parto e agire in maniera appropriata

Contenuti sintetici

Lo studente al termine del corso acquisirà le conoscenze sulle principali condizioni di distocia del travaglio di parto e l'abilità di identificare le caratteristiche patologiche di travaglio e parto.

Programma esteso

Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle principali distocie meccaniche (del canale del parto e del corpo mobile). Parto gemellare. Parti strumentali (Taglio Cesareo, Applicazione di ventosa ostetrica, forcipe): indicazioni, tecnica e procedure. Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle Patologie del III-IV stadio e del periodo puerperale.

Nessuno.

Aims

The aim of the course is to allow the students to recognise the patologic situation during labor and childbirth and to act appropriately.

Contents

At the end of the course the student will have the knowledge related to the diagnosis of dystocia and the ability to identify the pathological characteristics related to labor in childbirth.

Detailed program

Prevalence, diagnosy and treatment of the main intrapartum mechanic distocic conditions (mather or fetal factors). Twin birth. Operative delivery: (Cesarean section, obstetric vacuum, forceps): indications, tecniques and procedures). Prevalence, diagnosy and treatment of the main complications of the III-IV stage or the postnatal period.
