Il corso si prefigge di fornire allo studente le conoscenze che consentano di comprendere le problematiche organizzative e gestionali che caratterizzano le aziende sanitarie.

Conoscere: 1. L’aziendalizzazione in sanità. 2. Il piano di organizzazione e funzionamento aziendale. 3. Il sistema di qualità aziendale. 4. Elementi di leadership in sanità. 5. La continuità ospedale territorio. 6. La principale normativa di riferimento.

Struttura e funzionamento delle aziende sanitarie. La leadership. La responsabilità individuale e la responsabilità dell’istituzione. Il sistema sanitario nazionale e regionale. Continuità ospedale e territorio. La direzione strategia aziendale. Normativa di riferimento.
