Gli studenti enteranno a conoscenza dei concetti chiave della neuromeccanica, secondo cui l'esecuzione dei movimenti emerge dalla complessa interazione fra processi neurali e proprietà biomeccaniche del sistema muscoloscheletrico. Questo approccio integrato allo studio del controllo motorio verrà analizzato durante il corso, sia tramite lezioni frontali che tramite la discussione interattiva di articoli scientifici.

Short description
Students will familiarize with the basic concepts of neuromechanics, understanding how the execution of voluntary movements results from the complex interplay between neural processes and biomechanical properties of the musculoskeletal system. This integrative approach to study the control of movement will be analyzed during the course through both frontal lessons and interactive discussions on relevant scientific papers.
