Obiettivi

Attività formativa e sperimentale in presenza presso il Laboratori di Farmacologia. Obiettivo è quello di favorire la conoscenza pratica e come avviene la ricerca di base volta allo studio dei meccanismi molecolari alle basi delle patologie e ai vari trattamenti possibili.

Contenuti sintetici

Lo studente frequenterà il laboratorio di Farmacologia per 50 ore e analizzerà in maniera critica , mediante l'analisi e la lettura di articoli scientifici, i progetti in corso e le metodiche utilizzate.

Programma esteso

Il programma verrà stabilito sui progetti in corso e comunque prevede la valutazione degli effetti di sostanze con attività farmacologica in differenti modelli di patologia.

Prerequisiti

Conoscenze del corso di farmacologia.

Attività formativa in laboratorio.

Articoli di letteratura scientifica e protocolli sperimentali.

Aims

Training and experimental activities in presence at the Pharmacology Laboratories.
The aim is to promote practical knowledge and how basic research is carried out for study the molecular mechanisms underlying pathologies and to see effects of possible treatments.

Contents

the student will attend the Pharmacology laboratory for 50 hours and will critically analyze the ongoing projects and the methods used through the analysis and reading of scientific articles.

Detailed program

The program will be established on ongoing projects and it includes the evaluation of the effects of substances with pharmacological activity in different disease models.

Prerequisites

Knowledge from the pharmacology course.

Teaching form

Training activity in the laboratory.

Textbook and teaching resource

Scientific literature articles and experimental protocols.
