Obiettivi

Riconoscere i segni delle situazioni di emergenza-urgenza in ambito ostetrico, ginecologico, neonatale e comprenderne
gestione ed evoluzione.
Comprendere le pratiche anestesiologiche e rianimatorie applicate all’ostetricia, ginecologia e neonatologia.
Il corso fornisce le competenze per un’assistenza ostetrica basata su prove di efficacia nelle situazioni di
Emergenza-Urgenza, in cui la studentessa/lo studente sarà in grado di attuare la presa in carico della donna e al
neonato/alla neonata attraverso la Midwifery Partnership, il Midwifery Management, la classificazione ICF e le
Scale di valutazione.

Contenuti sintetici

  • Clinica, diagnosi e trattamento delle emergenze-urgenze ostetrico-ginecologiche e neonatali.
  • Presa in carico della donna con un percorso diagnostico terapeutico assistenziale in condizioni di emergenza-urgenza ostetrico-ginecologica.
  • Presa in carico (diagnostica e terapeutica) del neonato in condizioni di emergenza-urgenza.
  • Principi di anestesia generale e locoregionale applicata alla ginecologia e ostetricia
  • Principi di rianimazione cardiopolmonare materno-infantili
  • Effetti e/o complicanze dei farmaci su madre, feto e neonato.
  • Competenze comunicative necessarie per la gestione delle situazioni di emergenza-urgenza

Aims

Recognise the signs of emergency-urgency situations in obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatal and understand their management and evolution.
Understanding anaesthesiological and resuscitative practices applied to obstetrics, gynaecology and neonatology.
The course provides skills for evidence-based midwifery care in Emergency-Urgency, in which the student will be able to implement the care of the woman and the newborn through the Midwifery Partnership, Midwifery Management, ICF classification and the Rating Scales.

Contents

  • Clinical, diagnosis and treatment of obstetrical-gynaecological and neonatal emergencies.
  • Care of women with a diagnostic and therapeutic care pathway in obstetrical-gynaecological emergency-urgency conditions.
  • Care (diagnostic and therapeutic) of the newborn in emergency-urgency conditions.
  • Principles of general and locoregional anaesthesia applied to gynaecology and obstetrics
  • Principles of maternal-infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Effects and/or complications of drugs on mother, foetus and infant
  • Communication skills necessary for the management of emergency-urgency situations
