Obiettivi

Riconoscere i segni delle situazioni di emergenza-urgenza in ambito neonatale e comprenderne gestione ed evoluzione.

Contenuti sintetici

Presa in carico diagnostica e terapeutica del neonato in condizioni di emergenza-urgenza.

Programma esteso

STEN trasporto emergente del neonato
Il neonato di bassissimo peso
Patologia gastro-enterica: ostruzioni del tratto intestinale, enterocolite necrotizzante Patologia renale: insufficienza renale acuta, nefro-uropatie malformative
Patologia neurologica: asfissia neonatale, quadri comportamentali, clinici- strumentali di patologia del SN
Patologia ematologica: anemia policitemia, trombocitopenia, coagulopatie neonatali Patologie da malattie autoimmuni materne
Patologia infettiva (batterica virale micotica); Shock settico
Patologia respiratoria: sindrome d’aspirazione meconiale, apnee, sindrome da distress respiratorio, polmonite, tachipnea transitoria, sindromi da air-leak, malformazioni delle vie aeree, malformazioni polmonari.
Incidenti domestici
Rianimazione neonatale: adattamento feto-neonatale, asfissia neonatale, rianimazione cardio-polmonare in salaparto (tappe iniziali della rianimazione, aspirazione delle vie aeree, ventilazione con pallone e maschera, massaggio cardiaco esterno, assistenza all’intubazione tracheale), stabilizzazione del neonato critico.

Recognise the signs of emergency-urgency situations in the neonatal setting and understand their management and evolution.

Contents

Diagnostic and therapeutic care of the newborn in emergency-urgency conditions.

STEN Emergency Neonatal Transport Service
The very low-weight neonate
Gastro-enteric pathology: intestinal tract obstructions, necrotising enterocolitis Renal pathology: acute renal failure, malformative nephro-uropathies
Neurological pathology: neonatal asphyxia, behavioural, clinical and instrumental pictures of SNS pathology
Haematological pathology: polycythaemia anaemia, thrombocytopenia, neonatal coagulopathies Pathologies from maternal autoimmune diseases
Infectious pathology (bacterial viral mycotic); septic shock
Respiratory pathology: meconial aspiration syndrome, apneas, respiratory distress syndrome, pneumonia, transient tachypnoea, air-leak syndromes, airway malformations, lung malformations
Domestic accidents
Neonatal resuscitation: fetal-neonatal adaptation, neonatal asphyxia, cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the saline room (initial stages of resuscitation, airway suction, balloon and mask ventilation, external cardiac massage, assistance with tracheal intubation), stabilisation of the critical newborn.
