Obiettivi

Il corso fornisce le nozioni relative ai criteri di scelta terapeutica in ostetricia, ginecologia e neonatologia

Contenuti sintetici

Effetti e/o complicanze dei farmaci su madre, feto e neonato.

Programma esteso

Farmacovigilanza: concetti generali. Segnalazione al referente ASST Tossicologia e centri antiveleni. Farmaci e gravidanza: cenni di teratologia. Farmacodinamica e cinetica in gravidanza. Farmaci e allattamento. Principali farmaci impiegati nelle complicanze della gravidanza-parto e nelle emergenze ostetriche (antibiotici, antivirali, antidolorifici, ossitocici/tocolitici, prostaglandine, antiblastici). Gestione delle soluzioni concentrate di Sodio, della soluzione di Potassio. Medicina Complementare, Medicina Alternativa

Aims

The course provides knowledge of the criteria for therapeutic choice in obstetrics, gynaecology and neonatology.

Contents

Effects and/or complications of drugs on mother, foetus and newborn.

Detailed program

Pharmacovigilance: general concepts. Reporting to the ASST Toxicology contact person and poison control centres. Drugs and pregnancy: hints of teratology. Pharmacodynamics and kinetics in pregnancy. Drugs and lactation. Main drugs used in pregnancy-birth complications and obstetric emergencies (antibiotics, antivirals, painkillers, oxytocics/tocolitics, prostaglandins, antiblastics). Management of concentrated sodium and potassium solutions. Complementary Medicine, Alternative Medicine
