Obiettivi
Durante il corso lo studente avrà la possibilità di approfondire alcune tematiche d’attualità relative a: deontologia professionale e gestione del personale di supporto.
Contenuti sintetici
Il corso si prefigge di far approfondire agli studenti gli elementi conoscitivi relativi a tematiche d’attualità della professione infermieristica.
Programma esteso
Durante il corso verranno approfondite le seguenti tematiche:
• Discussione di casi assistenziali utilizzando il modello della risoluzione dei conflitti etici secondo Fry e Jonhstone;
• Approfondimenti disciplinari, normativi e deontologici sulla responsabilità professionale dell’infermiere
• Conoscenza e gestione delle figure di supporto nell’attribuzione delle attività assistenziali

Definiti dal regolamento del Corso di Laurea.
Modalità didattica
La modalità didattica si sviluppa raggiungendo 2 CFU per un totale di 24 ore, così suddivise:
• 10 lezioni da 2 ore frontali svolte in modalità erogativa in presenza;
• 2 lezione da 2 ore di attività di laboratorio e esercitazioni, svolte in modalità interattiva in presenza;

Detailed program
During the course the following topics will be discussed:
• Discussion of care cases using the Fry and Jonhstone ethical conflict resolution model;
• Disciplinary, regulatory and ethical insights on the professional responsibility of the nurse
• Knowledge and management of support figures in the allocation of care activities.

Teaching form
The teaching method develops reaching 2 credits for a total of 24 hours, divided as follows:
• 10 lessons of 2 hours in front of the teacher in the presence of the teacher;
• 2 lesson of 2 hours of laboratory activities and exercises, carried out in interactive mode in presence;
