Obiettivi
Il corso ha l'obiettivo di analizzare il documento MIDWIFERY UNIT STANDARDS favorendo una riflessione attiva per l'ottimizzazione di competenze professionali cliniche ed organizzative che sostengono l'implementazione di modelli organizzativi associati a esiti ottimali quali le Unità funzionali a gestione Ostetrica, in accordo con le recenti normative nazionali e regionali.

Modalità didattica
Le lezioni sono svolte prevalentemente in modalità erogativa (lezione frontale) con l'inserimento di alcune attività interattive (esercitazioni individuali e/o di gruppo, video didattici, discussioni guidate).

Aims
The aim of the course is to analyze the MIDWIFERY UNIT STANDARDS document by promoting active reflection for the optimization of clinical and organizational professional skills that support the implementation of organizational models associated with optimal outcomes such as the midwifery management of units, in accordance with recent national and regional regulations.

Themes and Standards of the Midwifery Units. Definition of Midwifery Units. European standards. Description of the 10 themes that make up the Standards. Methodology for the creation of Midwifery Units Standards.

Teaching form
Lectures are conducted mainly in lecture mode (frontal lectures) with the inclusion of some interactive activities (individual and/or group exercises, teaching videos, guided discussions).
Lectures are held in presence.
