Course Syllabus
Obiettivi formativi
Il corso prevede una breve trattazione teorica sulla programmazione e controllo delle imprese industriali e molte esercitazioni pratiche sulle metodiche di determinazione dei costi, del budget e sulla costruzione dei report.
Il corso riguarda il budget economico-finanziario e il reporting aziendale economico-finanziario in diverse tipologie di impresa.
Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione: i processi in azienda come avvengono e l'impatto sul controllo di gestione.
Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione applicate: sviluppare il budget economio finanziario e la costruzione del costo di prodotto servizio.
Autonomia di giudizio: valutare le performance aziendali.
Abilità comunicative: esporre in aula un report aziendale.
Capacità di apprendere: le pecularità nei sistemi di controllo nelle diverse tipologie d'impresa

dopo che sono state illustrate le caratteristiche del controllo nelle diverse tipologie di impresa, parte erogativa,
lo studente deve nel corso dell'anno, anche con altri compagni di corso,
sviluppare 5 casi come indicato a lezione interagendo con il docente e i colleghi
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Lo studente espone 5 casi elaborati autonomamente utilizzando Excel e PPT.
La valutazione è da 0 a 6 punti per ciascun caso.

The course provides a short theoretical introduction on company budget and management control and many practical exercises about the methodologies used for the determination of costs, budgets and financial report making.
The course is the study of production, sales and structural budgets and the company financial reporting.

After the characteristics of control in the different types of business have been illustrated, the provision part, the student must during the year, also with other course mates, develop 5 cases as indicated in class interacting with the teacher and colleagues.
Assessment methods
The student presents 5 cases developed independently using Excel and PPT.
