Conoscere le principali nozioni inerenti la diagnosi e la terapia Conservativa con particolare attenzione ai principi preventivi in età precoce ed alla terapia ricostruttiva dei denti decidui e permanenti . Affrontare problematiche cliniche complesse con particolare rilevanza clinica .Stimolare lo studente ad un approccio olistico al paziente affetto da carie dentale

Modalità didattica
Lezioni , seminari su argomenti predefiniti in modalità prevalentemente erogativa per complessive 20 ore e 12 ore in in attività di esercitazione eseguita in laboratorio in due lezioni di 6 ore .

Detailed program
Direct reconstructions in composite materials with particular attention to reconstructions in the incisal and canine anterior areas Limited reconstructions in the molar sectors such as Class I Indirect reconstructions in composite materials with particular regard to inlays and onlays. The indirect reconstructions in ceramic materials Ceramic onlays. The reconstructions with CADCAM systems. Dental bleaching. The techniques and the adhesive materials. Dental caries and diagnostic methods in conservative dentistry
Prerequisites
Completion of the examination in General Dentistry Disciplines
Teaching form
Lessons, seminars on predefined topics in a predominantly delivery mode for a total of 20 hours and 12 hours in practical activities carried out in the laboratory in two 6-hour lessons.

Assessment method
The oral examination method of the knowledge and skills acquired will be used. There are no ongoing tests. The examination method involves the examination of a simulated clinical case from which the teachers start to probe the candidate's knowledge
