Obiettivi

L'obiettivo del corso è quello di fornire le basi per la discussione interattiva sulle patologie tumorali oggetto di confronto fra chirurgo e oncologo medico.

Contenuti sintetici

  1. Tumori maligni del colon e retto e loro trattamento multidisciplinare
  2. Tumori maligni dello stomaco e del giunto esofagogastrico e loro trattamento multidisciplinare
  3. Tumori primitivi del fegato (HCC e colangiocarcinoma) e loro trattamento multidisciplinare
  4. Tumori del pancreas e loro trattamento multidisciplinare
  5. Melanoma e suo trattamento multidisciplinare
    Discussione interdisciplinare di casi clinici con gli specialisti di branca, in particolare con evidenze degli ultimi aggioramenti congressuali.

Programma esteso

Le lezioni riguarderanno i seguenti argomenti:

Tumori maligni del colon e retto e loro trattamento multidisciplinare (endoscopista, chirurgo, oncologo)
Diagnosi e trattamento endoscopico delle lesioni
Trattamento chirurgico
Terapia adiuvante
Trattamento della malattia metastatica e gestione delle metastasi epatiche

Tumori maligni dello stomaco e del giunto esofagogastrico e loro trattamento multidisciplinare (endoscopita, chirurgo, oncologo)
Tumori primitivi del fegato (HCC e colangiocarcinoma) e loro trattamento multidisciplinare (radiologo interventista, chirurgo, oncologo)
Tumori del pancreas e loro trattamento multidisciplinare (endoscopista, chirurgo, oncologo)
Melanoma e suo trattamento multidisciplinare (chirurgo, oncologo).

Prerequisiti

Essere iscritti al VI anno del CdS in Medicina e Chirurgia.

Modalità didattica

Didattica erogativa ed interattiva multidisciplinare con la compartecipazioni di più docenti di diversi settori disciplinari (moduli chirurgia generale) (12h)

Aims

The goal of the course is to provide the basis for interactive discussion of cancer pathologies being compared between surgeon and medical oncologist.

Contents

  1. Malignant tumors of the colon and rectum and their multidisciplinary treatment
  2. Malignant tumors of the stomach and esophagogastric junction and their multidisciplinary treatment
  3. Primary liver tumors (HCC and cholangiocarcinoma) and their multidisciplinary treatment
  4. Pancreatic tumors and their multidisciplinary treatment
  5. Melanoma and its multidisciplinary treatmentInterdisciplinary
    Discussion of clinical cases with branch specialists, especially with evidence from the latest congressional updates.

Detailed program

Lectures will cover the following topics:

Malignant tumors of the colon and rectum and their multidisciplinary treatment (endoscopist, surgeon, oncologist)
Diagnosis and endoscopic treatment of lesions
Surgical treatment
Adjuvant therapy
Treatment of metastatic disease and management of liver metastases

Malignant tumors of the stomach and esophagogastric junction and their multidisciplinary treatment (endoscopist, surgeon, oncologist)
Primary tumors of the liver (HCC and cholangiocarcinoma) and their multidisciplinary treatment (interventional radiologist, surgeon, oncologist)
Pancreatic tumors and their multidisciplinary treatment (endoscopist, surgeon, oncologist)
Melanoma and its multidisciplinary treatment (surgeon, oncologist).

Prerequisites

To be enrolled in the 6th year of the Master Course in Medicine and Surgery.

Teaching form

IMultidisciplinary Erogative and Interactive Teaching: Involvement of multiple teachers from different disciplines (general surgey module) (12h)
