Obiettivi

Obiettivi del Tirocinio Professionalizzante sono l'approccio al paziente chirurgico, la raccolta anmnestica, l'esecuzione di un esame obiettivo specialistico con la finalità di discutere delle ipotesi di diagnosi differenziale e di trattamento terapeutico.

Contenuti sintetici

Durante il Tirocinio Professionalizzante lo studente deve acquisire adeguata preparazione professionale nell'ambito della patologia chirurgica e dei suoi settori con particolare riguardo alla diagnostica differenziale e alla impostazione di adeguati percorsi terapeutici.

Programma esteso

Principi diagnostici e approccio terapeutico di 1) patologie colorettali (comprese patologia neoplastica, malattie infiammatorie croniche, diverticolite acuta etc..), 2) patologie epatobiliari (epatocarcinoma, colangiocarcinoma, cirrosi epatica, etc.), 3) patologia pancreatica(neoplasie solide e cistiche, pancreatite acuta e cronica etc.), 4) patologie gastroenterologiche (ulcera peptica, neoplasie gastriche, ernia iatale, malattia da reflusso gastroesofagea, acalasia, etc), 5) chirurgia d'urgenza (appendicite acuta, perforazione intestinale/infarto intestinale, occlusione, peritonite, politrauma)

Prerequisiti

Conoscenze relative ai corsi propedeutici indicati nel regolamento del Corso di Laurea.

Aims

The objectives of the surgical internship are the approach to the surgical patient, the collection of medical history, the execution of an objective examination with the aim of discussing the hypotheses of differential diagnosis and therapeutic treatment.

Contents

During the Internship the student must acquire adequate professional preparation in the field of pathology internist and its sub-sectors with particular regard to differential diagnosis and the setting of appropriate therapeutic pathways.

Detailed program

Diagnostic principles and therapeutic approach of 1) colorectal diseases (including neoplastic disease, inflammatory disease, acute divrticulitis, etc.), 2) hepatobiliar diseases (neoplasms, cirrhosis etc.), 3 ) pancreaticl diseases (solid and cystic neoplasms, acute and chronic pancreatitis), 4) gastroenterological diseases (peptic ulcer disease, neoplasms, hiatal hernia, GERD, etc.), 5) emergency surgery (acute appendicitis, bowel perforation/ischemia, bowel obstruction, peritonitis, trauma)

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the introductory courses indicated in the degree course regulations.
