Obiettivi

Il periodo, concordato secondo reciproche disponibilità e secondo il piano didattico in atto, prevede la frequenza degli studenti quali observers in Pronto Soccorso pediatrico ai fini di poter acquisire esperienza di setting di visita e degli aspetti pediatrici specifici contestuali

Focus sul setting di visita pediatrica
Le principali problematiche inerenti le patologie generali e di eventuale competenza subspecialistica pediatrica attraverso l'esperienza di pronto soccorso

Programma esteso

• OSSERVAZIONE del setting della visita, anamnesi, esame obiettivo, acquisizione di conoscenza delle procedure diagnostiche in base alle ipotesi,
OSSERVAZIONE del rapporto genitore operatori sanitari, delle fasi dell’esame obiettivo, dell’intervento terapeutico e del programma in relazione alla specifica situazione
• OSSERVAZIONE DEGLI ASPETTI relazionali nelle specifiche situazioni tenendo conto di fattori multiculturali

Prerequisiti

iscrizione al 6 anno di corso

Modalità didattica

Partecipazione degli studenti come observers alle attività di PS pediatrico secondo disposizioni , modalità orari e attività concordate con i medici di riferimento,

• Qualunque risorsa a disposizione in reparto o come suggerimento di lettura durante la frequenza

Aims

The period of attendance, agreed according to mutual availability and to the current teaching plan, includes the rotation of students as observers in the pediatric emergency room in order to gain experience of visit settings and specific contextual pediatric aspects.

Contents

  • Focus on the pediatric visit setting
  • The main problems relating to general pathologies and any pediatric subspecialist expertise through emergency room experience

Detailed program

OBSERVATION of the visit setting, anamnesis, objective examination, acquisition of knowledge of the diagnostic procedures based on the hypotheses,
OBSERVATION of the parent-healthcare worker relationship, of the phases of the objective examination, of the therapeutic intervention and of the program in relation to the specific situation
OBSERVATION OF relational ASPECTS in specific situations taking into account multicultural factors

from the 6th year of the Course

• Participation of students as observers in pediatric ED activities according to provisions, timetables and activities agreed with the referring doctors,
