Obiettivi formativi

Conoscenza e comprensione

● Apprendere le caratteristiche della comunicazione efficace e appropriata nell’ambito della relazione con il paziente.
● Apprendere le caratteristiche della comunicazione efficace e appropriata nell'ambito della relazione con gli operatori sanitari (medici, infermierə, oss, terapisti della riabilitazione…) nel contesto del lavoro di équipe.
● Riconoscere gli elementi critici nella comunicazione e nella relazione con diversi pazienti in base alla fase del ciclo di vita, alla condizione clinica e al contesto socioculturale di appartenenza con attenzione alla transculturalità.
● Approfondire alcune aree della comunicazione specialistica in ambito ospedaliero

Capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione

● Sviluppare competenze comunicative e relazionali utili a lavorare con i pazienti in ambito sanitario in generale, ospedaliero nello specifico.
● Sviluppare competenze comunicative e relazionali utili alla collaborazione dello psicologo con l’équipe sanitaria
● Sviluppare modalità comunicative e relazionali specialistiche in alcune specifiche aree della malattia organica in base alle fasi del ciclo di vita

Learning objectives

Knowledge and Understanding

● Learn the characteristics of effective and appropriate communication in the context of the relationship with the patient.
● Learn the characteristics of effective and appropriate communication in the context of relations with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, rehabilitation therapists, etc.) within a team working environment.
● Recognize the critical elements in communication and relations with different patients based on their life cycle stage, clinical condition, and sociocultural context, with attention to transcultural aspects.
● Deepen knowledge in specific areas of specialist communication within the hospital setting.

Ability to Apply Knowledge and Understanding

● Develop communication and relational skills useful for working with patients in the healthcare setting in general, and specifically in hospitals.
● Develop communication and relational skills useful for collaboration between the psychologist and the healthcare team.
● Develop specialized communication and relational methods in specific areas of organic disease based on life cycle stages.
