NMR spectroscopy applications to ligand-receptor studies

Cristina Airoldi

English

Dissection of specific NMR-based molecular recognition experiments (STD, trNOESY, WaterLOGSY, 15N-HSQC) from both theoretical and experimental point of view

Objectives of the program: Understanding how advanced NMR experiments can be exploited in drug discovery and development for ligand screening and optimization – I or II years

Final evaluation: presentation and discussion of a scientific article concerning the application of one (or more) of the NMR techniques covered during the course.

2 CFU - 20 Hours (8h Lecture - 12h Laboratory)
