Fornire le conoscenze di base sulle principali patologie neuropsichiatriche in età pediatrica; riconoscere situazioni in cui sia opportuno l' invio allo specialista.

Riconoscimento delle patologie neurologiche e psichiatriche in età evolutiva e generalità sugli approcci diagnostici e terapeutici

Disturbi del neurosviluppo:
disturbi dello spettro autistico
disabilità intellettive
disturbi della comunicazione
ADHD
Disturbi dell'apprendimento
Disturbi della coordinazione motoria- tics

Disturbi del comportamento e disturbi psichiatrici:
enuresi
encopresi
disturbo da sintomi somatici e disturbi correlati
disturbi d'ansia
disturbi dell'umore
disturbi della condotta alimentare

Neurologia:
Convulsioni febbrili, episodi critici nell'infanzia ed epilessia
Cefalee
Disturbi del movimento: atassia, corea, atetosi, tremore, distonia
Paralisi cerebrali infantili
Distrofie muscolari: Duchenne e Becker
Neuropatie: s. di Guillain -Barré

Conoscenze del corso di fisiologia e scienze di base
Frequenza e partecipazione alle attività di Tirocinio della prima parte del Corso, 5 anno

• Lezioni frontali: modalità erogativa in presenza sugli argomenti in programma 12h 1CFU

• esercitazioni in aula, con coinvolgimento proattivo degli studenti divisi in 3 gruppi sulla discussione di casi clinici di interesse neuropsichiatrico: approcci diagnostici e terapeutici

Neurology:
Febrile seizures, critical episodes in childhood and epilepsy
Headaches
Movement disorders: ataxia, chorea, athetosis, tremor, dystonia
Cerebral palsies
Muscular dystrophies: Duchenne and Becker
Neuropathies: Guillain -Barré

Physiology and basic science course knowledge
Attendance and participation in the internship activities of the first part of the course, year 5

  • Lectures (Didactic delivery) in presence on programme topics 12h 1CFU

  • Classroom exercises, with proactive involvement of students divided into 3 groups on the discussion of clinical cases of neuropsychiatric interest: diagnostic and therapeutic approaches
