Obiettivi

Individuare quali sono le urgenze internistiche.

Riconoscerne i principali quadri clinici: saperli descrivere, effettuare una diagnosi differenziale, indirizzare appropriatamente i pazienti alle cure, comprendere ove utili: prevenzione, trattamento e possibilità riabilitative.

Sapere individuare la sindrome da allettamento ed il malato fragile.

Programma esteso

Breve introduzione: cosa è la medicina interna.

La dispnea: eziopatologia; patologie correlate al sistema respiratorio che causano dispnea. Patologie correlate al sistema cardiovascolare che causano dispnea. Diagnosi differenziale della dispnea. Valutazione del paziente dispnoico.

Urgenze cardio-polmonari: infarto miocardico, angina, il dolore toracico, scompenso cardicaco, embolia polmonare, aritmie.

La sincope

L'arresto cardiaco ed i principi base del BLSD

La sindrome da allettamento e le cadute ospedaliere

Il rischio clinico

Le malattie metaboliche ed in particolare il diabete

Identify internal urgencies.
Recognize the main clinical picture: knowing how to describe them, making differential diagnosis, appropriately referring patients to treatments, including prevention, treatment and rehabilitation possibilities.
Identify how to detect immobilization syndrome and frailty.

Dyspnea: etiopathology; respiratory-related diseases that cause dyspnea. Pathologies related to cardiovascular system that cause dyspnea. Differential diagnosis of dyspnea. Evaluation of the dyspnoic patient.

Cardio-pulmonary emergencies: heart failure, angina, chest pain, pulmonary embolism, arrhythmias.
