Obiettivi

Lesioni muscolari e tendinopatie sono le principali cause di
infortunio dell’atleta. L’obiettivo di questo corso è quello di dare agli
studenti le basi per la gestione di queste patologie, dalla
valutazione in fase acuta fino al ritorno in campo.

• Il fisioterapista sportivo e la gestione dell’atleta a 360°
• Eziopatogenesi e classificazione delle lesioni muscolari
• Diagnosi differenziale e valutazione
• Strategie di intervento riabilitativo nelle lesioni muscolari
• Le complicanze nelle lesioni muscolari
• Introduzione alla tendinopatia e Continuum Model
• L’esercizio terapeutico nelle tendinopatie

• Parte pratica: valutazione muscolo scheletrica nel paziente sportivo
• Parte pratica: la progressione del carico nell’esercizio terapeutico

Aims

Muscle injuries and tendinopathies are the main causes of
injury in the athlete. The goal of this course is to give
students the basics of managing these conditions, from
assessment in the acute phase to return to sport.

Contents

  • The sports physical therapist and the management of the all-around athlete
  • Etiopathogenesis and classification of muscle injuries
  • Differential diagnosis and evaluation
  • Rehabilitation intervention strategies in muscle injuries
  • Complications in muscle injuries
  • Introduction to tendinopathy and Continuum Model
  • Therapeutic exercise in tendinopathies
