Lo studente deve conoscere caratteristiche, basi tecnologiche e funzionamento delle apparecchiature di Radioterapia necessarie allo svolgimento della sua professione.

L’insegnamento si propone di fornire allo studente le principali conoscenze sulle apparecchiature impiegate in Radioterapia.

Brachiterapia
Radioterapia ad intensità modulata (IMRT)
Radiochirurgia (Stereotassi, Gamma-knife, Cyber-knife)
Radioterapia elicoidale e Tomoterapia
Radioterapia Guidata dalle immagini (IGRT)
Radioterapia adattativa
Radioterapia intraoperatoria (IORT)
Protonterapia e Adroterapia

The course aims to provide students with the knowledge of Radiotherapy equipments

CT simulator
Brachytherapy
Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT)
Radiosurgery (Stereotaxis, Gamma-knife, Cyber-knife)
Helical radiotherapy and tomotherapy
Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT)
Adaptive radiotherapy
Intraoperative Radiotherapy (IORT)
Proton therapy and hadrontherapy
