Course Syllabus
Obiettivi
Al termine del corso lo studente dovrà essere in grado di conoscere i fondamenti della medicina riabilitativa, valutare il bambino con patologie neuropsicomotorie, saper redigere un profilo di sviluppo ed essere a conoscenza dei principali test di valutazione.
Contenuti sintetici
FONDAMENTI DELLA MEDICINA RIABILITATIVA: Principi della medicina riabilitativa. Criteri applicabili nella nosografia in Medicina Riabilitativa.Raccolta dei Dati Anamnestici.
PSICHIATRIA E RIABILITAZIONE: Esame e valutazione delle funzioni psichiche. Principali disturbi psichiatrici. Approccio del terapista al paziente aggressivo.
ORTOPEDIA INFANTILE: Le più importanti patologie ortopediche dell'età neonatale, dell'età infantile e dell'adolescenza.
SCIENZE NEUROPSICOMOTORIE 2: Il setting diagnostico. La raccolta anamnestica. L’osservazione e la valutazione psicomotoria dei distubi del neurosviluppo. L’esame dello sviluppo psicomotorio per settori e fasce di età. Le scale di sviluppo.
SCIENZE RIABILITATIVE 1: Ruolo del terapista in TIN. Osservazione comportamentale secondo Brazelton. Intervento abilitativo/riabilitativo per il neonato ricoverato in TIN. Fisioterapia respiratoria in TIN. Le tecniche riabilitative nelle patologie ortopediche del neonato e del lattante. SCIENZE RIABILITATIVE 2: Guida all’osservazione-valutazione delle competenze neuromotorie in età evolutiva.

Aims
At the end of the course the student must be able to know the fundamentals of rehabilitation medicine, to assess the child with neuropsychomotor pathologies, to draw up a development profile and to know the main evaluation tests.
Contents
FUNDAMENTALS OF REHABILITATION MEDICINE: Principles of rehabilitation medicine. Criteria of nosography in Rehabilitation Medicine. Collection of Anamnestic Data.
PSYCHIATRY AND REHABILITATION: Assessment of mental functions. Main mental disorders. Approach of therapist to the aggressive behaviours of patient.
CHILD ORTHOPEDICS: The most important orthopedic diseases of the neonatal age, childhood and adolescence.
NEUROPSYCHOMOTOR SCIENCES 2: The diagnostic setting. The anamnestic collection. Observation and psychomotor assessment of the neurodevelopmental disorders. The examination of psychomotor development by sectors and age groups. The assessment scales for the developmtal age.
REHABILITATION SCIENCES 1: Role of the therapist in NICU. Behavioral observation according to Brazelton. Habilitation / rehabilitation intervention for the newborn hospitalized in NICU. Respiratory physiotherapy in TIN. Rehabilitation techniques in orthopedic pathologies of the newborn and infant.
REHABILITATION SCIENCES 2: Guide to observation-evaluation of neuromotor skills in developmental age.
