Obiettivi

Preparare lo studente ad affrontare in autonomia le più comuni problematiche cliniche connesse con le malocclusioni, e le loro correlazioni con le altre branche odontoiatriche

Contenuti sintetici

Il corso prevede di condurre lo studente alla conoscenza degli aspetti della embriogenesi e crescita dell’apparato stomatognatico, della fisiopatologia ad esso correlata, degli aspetti diagnostici e terapeutici atti a poter diagnosticare e curare adeguatamente tutte le malocclusioni, con particolare rilievo all’intercettazione precoce delle disgnazie.

Programma esteso

Anatomia e fisiologia dell’apparato stomatognatico del soggetto in eta’ evolutiva. Diagnosi occluso-posturale.La diagnosi in ortodonzia . L’esame clinico; gli esami strumentali. La diagnosi cefalometrica; il rilievo delle impronte; lo sviluppo dei modelli di gesso; fondamenti di terapia ortognatodontica; lo strumentario in ortognatodonzia;; il bandaggio indiretto e diretto ; caratteristiche delle apparecchiature ortodontiche. Il bandaggio indiretto e diretto; caratteristiche delle apparecchiature ortodontiche mobili; caratteristiche delle apparecchiature ortodontiche fisse; le estrazioni seriate nella gestione del paziente in crescita :il movimento dento dentale, basi biologiche; il trattamento del paziente adulto; il trattamento delle prime classi; il trattamento delle seconde classi; il trattamento delle terze classi; la contenzione e la recidiva concetti di posturologia; la genetica in ortodonzia; l’ancoraggio in ortodonzia.

Know the basic concepts in the diagnosis and treatment orthognathic, with particular attention to the principles estimates at an early age and therapy of the patient at the end of growth.

Definition of orthodontics. Holistic approach to patient ortognatodontico. The growth of Cranio-Maxillo-decay: the pursuit of biotype .. Anatomy and physiology of the stomatognathic system of the subject in age 'evolution. Diagnosis-occluded posturale.La diagnosis in orthodontics. The clinical examination; instrumental examinations. The cephalometric diagnosis, the importance of the footprints, the development of models of plaster; fundamentals of orthodontic therapy, the instruments in orthodontics, and the indirect and direct bonding; characteristics of apparecchiature ortodontiche. The indirect and direct bonding; characteristics of orthodontic appliances furniture; characteristics of fixed orthodontic appliances; serial extractions in patient management in growth: the movement dental dental, biological basis and the treatment of the adult patient and the treatment of the first classes; treatment of the second class, third class treatment;. restraint and relapse concepts of Posture; genetics in orthodontics, the anchorage in orthodontics.
