Obiettivi

Il corso si prefigge di fornire gli elementi di diritto amministrativo utili nella direzione e programmazione dei servizi sanitari.

Contenuti sintetici

Conoscere gli elementi di base nell’ambito del diritto amministrativo. I concetti di responsabilità individuale e dell’Ente. Modalità di rapporto con le altre figure dirigenziali nella organizzazione di una struttura sanitaria. Prospettive di evoluzione del sistema sanitario nazionale e del ruolo dirigenziale infermieristico ed ostetrico nelle strutture sanitarie pubbliche e private.

Programma esteso

Normative di riferimento nel diritto amministrativo in ambito sanitario. Responsabilità in ambito sanitario. Responsabilità del professionista. Riservatezza e privacy. Amministrazione nei servizi sanitari.

Aims

The course aims to provide students with the knowledge useful to understand the elements of administrative legislation involved in the direction and planning of healthcare services.

Contents

To acquire knowledge of the basic elements of administrative legislation. The concepts of individual responsibility and of the organization. Ways of relating to other senior figures in the organization of a health facility. Outlook for the national health system and the role of nursing and midwifery management in public and private health facilities.

Detailed program

Main laws in administration of health services. Responsibility in the field of health services. Responsibility of professionals. Confidentiality and privacy. Service administration.
