Obiettivi

Il corso fornisce le nozioni relative ai criteri di scelta terapeutica in ostetricia, ginecologia e neonatologia

Contenuti sintetici

Effetti e/o complicanze dei farmaci su madre, feto e neonato.

Programma esteso

Farmacodinamica e cinetica in gravidanza e allattamente.
Farmaci e gravidanza: cenni di teratologia.
Concetti generali di Farmacovigilanza; segnalazione al referente ASST Tossicologia e centri antiveleni.
Diabete gestazionale
Metodi contraccettivi, contraccezione d'emergenza ed in allattamento.
Farmaci in gravidanza ed allattamento: antiinfiammatori, antiemetici, antibiotici, antivirali, tocolitici, chemioterapici.
Farmaci delle emergenze.
Ruolo della Medicina Complementare come terapia, non alternativa, a supporto della terapia farmacologica.

Aims

The course provides knowledge of the criteria for therapeutic choice in obstetrics, gynaecology and neonatology.

Contents

Effects and/or complications of drugs on mother, foetus and newborn.

Detailed program

Pharmacodynamics and kinetics in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Drugs and pregnancy: an overview of teratology.
General concepts of pharmacovigilance; reporting to the ASST Toxicology representative and poison control centers.
Gestational diabetes
Contraceptive methods, emergency contraception, and breastfeeding.
Drugs during pregnancy and breastfeeding: anti-inflammatories, antiemetics, antibiotics, antivirals, tocolytics, and chemotherapy.
Emergency medications.
The role of complementary medicine as a therapy, not an alternative, to support drug therapy
