Il corso si prefigge di fornire allo studente gli strumenti necessari alla comprensione delle tecniche di laboratorio avanzate della diagnostica molecolare clinica

Programma esteso

Diagnostica molecolare del rischio cardiovascolare e trombofilia , emocromatosi, celiachia (mutazioni gene FV, FII, MTHFR, HFE, TFR2, HLA-DQ2, HLA DQ8)
Farmacogenetica e farmacogenomica.
Tecniche per lo studio dell’espressione genica (Real Time RT-PCR, Microarrays)
Diagnostica molecolare nei tumori solidi e nelle leucemie (EGFR, K-RAS, N-RAS, BCR-ABL)

Contents

The primary goal of the course is to provide tools for the understanding of the laboratory techniques of clinical molecular diagnostics.

Detailed program

Molecular diagnostics of cardiovascular risk and thrombophilia, hemochromatosis, celiac disease (FV, FII, MTHFR, HFE, TFR2, HLA-DQ2, HLA DQ8 gene mutations)
Pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics.
Techniques for studying gene expression (Real Time RT-PCR, Microarrays)
Molecular diagnostics in solid tumors and leukemias (EGFR, K-RAS, N-RAS, BCR-ABL)
