Dear students,
Following the Rectoral Decree of the 20th of March 2020 regarding internship, stage, and lab (https://www.unimib.it/sites/default/files/allegati/dr-stage-tirocini.pdf), the University Chancellor authorizes those who already activated their stage before the 23rd of February, and who have already completed 75% of the required hours, to proceed in closing the stage.
Students who have activated the stage before the 23rd of February but who have not reached 75% of the required hours need to complete the following survey within the 29th of March (available in Italian and English):

indicating the number of hours completed BEFORE THE 23RD OF FEBRUARY, and whether they have the opportunity to complete the stage within the institution through a remote working or other kinds of smart working. If there is no such possibility, we will determine the type of additional activities one would need to do to complete the stage.
Students who have activated their stage after the 23rd of February can proceed if the institution guarantees the possibility of a remote working or other kinds of smart working.
No stage hours between the 23rd of February and the 22nd of March 2020 will be taken into account.
Students who intend to graduate in July 2020 and who had planned to carry out the stage (even those who did not activate it yet) but who are not able to do it via remote working, are asked to communicate it to the stage tutor (juliette.richetin@unimib.it) to identify the urgent situations and to find possible solutions.
To all students who intend to graduate after July 2020 and who have not activated a stage, we ask to postpone the starting date of the stage to allow us to deal with the more urgent situations.
