With more than ten years of experience in the world of RecSys and UX personalization, he spends his time talking with customers, finding new cool problems to solve, and testing what are the best algorithms to do that. If he is not at the ContentWise office, he is probably swimming, flying, cooking, or sleeping, in this order.

Abstract
Why do we personalize the UX? What are the key factors to succeed? In this presentation, we are going to see how UX can be driven by AI and automation to be fully personalized to each individual. We are going to see also how we can measure the quality of personalization, what are the main objectives and techniques.
