We're seeking 8-10 enthusiastic student volunteers to join the organizing team for the Mediterranean Machine Learning Summer School (M2L) at Università di Milano-Bicocca, taking place from September 9th to 13th, 2024. 

 

The M2L summer school offers a unique learning experience with keynotes, lectures, hands-on sessions, and social events to foster networking. Participants will also have the opportunity to present their work at poster sessions and interact with industry leaders. 

 

• Assist session chairs with presentations and audience Q&A. 
• Manage lab equipment and supplies. 
• Help students presenting their research at poster sessions. 
• Contribute to a smooth-running event. 

 

• Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced academic environment. 
• Network with leading researchers, professionals, and fellow students. 
• Participate in the school's social events (except labs, where space is limited). 
• Receive a certificate of volunteer service. 

 

• Half-day shifts, 4-5 days of the week. 
• Free time to attend school events when not on duty (excluding labs). 

 

We require volunteers to be available for the entire duration of the event, including school hours and social events (schedule available on the M2L website: https://www.m2lschool.org/schedule).
