Dear Students,

within our MSc Program, and in collaboration with the Proben project, we have decided to activate a Life Skills Workshop series for professional growth and well-being. We strongly believe that this initiative represents an important opportunity to support students’ personal development and to foster group cohesion. Participation is strongly recommended, although not compulsory.

By participating in these group workshops, you will have the opportunity to improve your ability to manage emotions, relationships and conflicts, while strengthening transferable skills that are valuable both during your university experience and in future professional contexts. The meetings will take place in small groups and will include engaging and practical activities, encouraging reflection, sharing of experiences and collaborative learning. All activities will be conducted in a confidential setting by specially trained professionals.

The Workshop series consists of five sessions, held on Mondays in March, after classes. Each meeting will last approximately two hours. The sessions have been specifically scheduled so as not to overlap with regular lectures, and will take place in the same building as the classes, in order to facilitate and encourage students’ participation.

To register for the Workshop series, please complete the following form: https://psicologiaunimib.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cLODwCdcKh0Umrk

I warmly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Kind regards,

Giulio Costantini

Dear AEPS students,

This is a kind reminder to enroll as soon as possible in the Life Skills Workshop Series offered within our MSc program in collaboration with the Proben project. The initiative is provided free of charge by the University and represents a valuable opportunity to support your personal development and to strengthen competencies that are highly relevant for navigating both academic and professional contexts.

On Monday, March 2nd, Dr. Ghelfi will briefly introduce the initiative during Prof. Bulf’s Cognitive Development lecture (room U6-01d). Second-year AEPS students who may be interested are also welcome to attend this presentation.

I warmly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity,

Kind regards,
Giulio Costantini
