Procedure for the prior request for recognition

- In order to make a prior request for recognition, the student must send the form "school_course preliminary recognition form", filled in its entirety and signed by the responsible professor/researcher attesting the School/Course validity, to didattica.fisica@unimib.it using the institutional e-mail address (………………@campus.unimib.it);
- the request will be assessed by the Study Plan Commission;
- within 30 days of sending the request, the student will be notified of the outcome of the assessment.

Final recognition

After having attended the educational activity (School or Course) for which recognition approval was obtained, the student must:
- fill in the "Domanda per esposto – English version" form, available on this page of the University website, and send it to the Science Student Secretariat Office (segr.studenti.scienze@unimib.it) using the institutional e-mail address (……………..@campus.unimib.it). Documentation certifying attendance and/or passing of any final tests must be attached to the form.

The Physics and Astrophysics Teaching Coordination Councils will adopt a special resolution recognising the activity attended and the supernumerary CFU recognised may be recorded in the student's career.
