health care systems, medical practice and health related rights
Detailed program
This course aims at giving
students an overview of the main concepts of health law and bioethics, such as
right to health and its protection, the physician-patient relationship,
informed consent, competency, medical negligence. It examines the role of
legislation and other governance mechanisms in tackling a range of present
ethical and policy issues
