Obiettivi

Obiettivo del tirocinio di Area Medica 2 è l’approfondimento del percorso iniziato nel precedente tirocinio di Area Medica 1. Al termine di questo periodo lo studente deve dimostrarsi in grado di ipotizzare in modo autonomo le diverse fasi del processo diagnostico-gestionale del paziente che afferisce alle strutture di area medica e di individuarne le criticità. Il tirocinio è svolto con l’affiancamento di un tutor che guida lo studente nella conoscenza delle procedure diagnostico-strumentali effettuate direttamente al letto del paziente.

Contenuti sintetici

Eseguire un esame obiettivo generale, effettuare un ragionamento critico relativamente agli esami di laboratorio, applicare le tecniche di colloquio con il paziente, imparare a stabilire un corretto rapporto con il malato, imparare ad utilizzare corretti criteri di deontologia professionale.

Modalità didattica

L’esame di idoneità si svolgerà al letto del malato, lo studente dovrà effettuare un esame obiettivo (Obiettività cardiaca, polmonare, PA e dei polsi periferici, venosa, mammella, collo addominale) ed un’anamnesi (familiare, personale e sociale, patologica remota, patologica prossima) per arrivare ad una valutazione complessiva

Aims

The aims of the training period in Clinical Area 2 are to enhance the students’ knowledge acquired during Medicine Training 1. By the end of this course, students will have to be able to identify the different phases of the diagnostic/therapeutic process in the different areas of internal medicine. The training program is performed with the help of a tutor who will follow the students through the steps of the process.


Contents

To carry out a medical investigation, to make a critical argument as regards the laboratory tests, to apply the dialogue skills with the patient, to learn how to establish a good relationship with the patient, to learn how to use the right criteria of professional ethics.
