Ricostruire la storia della morte in occidente e le sue relazioni con il ruolo della scienza medica.
Acquisire consapevolezza delle ricadute sociali ed educative delle differenti definizioni di morte.
Creare un legame tra la scienza medica e le cosiddette scienze umane sul tema della morte.

To reconstruct the history of death in western world and its relationship to the role of medical science.
To gain the counsciosness of the social and educational fall-outs of different definitions of death.
To link medical science to socalled “humanities” in the face of the itemof death.
